Flow, Inner Peace and Stability

How to engage in this Retreat

This 4 week Online Retreat is designed to seamlessly weave through your everyday life.

You will need to take a minimum of 30 minutes a day for your practise and allow at least one hour per week to listen to the weekly video and contemplate the material presented.

Choose a day that works for you to have that space and stick to that day each week for watching the next video and engaging in the contemplations and inquiries. 

During the week use your minimum of 30 mins to engage in the daily practise/s that you were guided to do through the contemplation.

At the end of week 4 the invitation is that this “retreat” becomes the unfolding of your life and in that way not only do we not leave our divine essence, our whole life becomes the mystery living itself.

Week 1 ~ Stability

We start week one at the seeming end point, stability.

Without some stability, spiritual shifts can be disruptive.

If we tune in to our deepest core and listen very closely our inner wisdom guides us to foster this in a much deeper way, until the stability of our divine nature reveals itself fully.

Week 2 ~ Inner Peace

Week two explores inner peace as an aspect of our divine nature.  The divided separate self has some discord/ chaos contained in it inherently because it is not in alignment with Truth.  This chaos or discord is intelligently guiding you to turn attention back to the origin, prior to division, so our original nature may be expressed through our humanity, without disregarding or ignoring the limited body/mind and nervous system.

Week 3 ~ Flow

Week three we are entering the flow.

True flow occurs when the divided separate self dissovles into the divine river.

We come up against many ‘rocks’ and challenges in our lives that can pull us back into a divided state if we have resistance to the challenges.

Week 4 ~ Bringing it all together

Week four is a week of consolidating and revisiting anything that needs more attention and time to percolate and clarify.

We come full circle to a body based understanding that stability, inner peace and flow are not separate things but the One expressing itself in all its aspects and flavours.
