Come join me for an online gathering

Winter is a time of slowing down and contemplation.  A yin season perfect for turning one’s attention toward the deep well of silence at our core.  This is just what is needed in our very yang energy dominate modern lives, where burn out and fatigue are often considered normal.

We will be exploring all the ways we can reconnect with this silence in our everyday lives and then sit in meditation together.  There will be time for questions and reflections.
