Living from our conditioning such as our usual reactions, responses and habits is like only half showing up for life.
Like a tape running on automatic there is no room for anything truly fresh and new.
When the enlightenment drive burns through this conditioning and our authentic divinity shines forth,
there is infinite possibility in how this is expressed through us into the world.

Fear and Truth
Fear contracts and restricts us. It also blocks us from living out our divinity in the world.
But it is also a gift showing us where we need to look within ourselves into what is really true and where we might still be hiding from truth. This is true both in our everyday relative lives and the deepest core of our spiritual nature.
When we face the fear and fully enter the experience of fear, as we are able to, truth always lives on the other side.
Trusting the Divine
When we experience our trust being broken in our human lives we can hold imprints or traumas around trust. This can block our access to a much deeper trust in life.
Spiritual awakening at some point will lead to asking for total and complete trust to surrender into our divinity. Healing our human heart and traumas can offer us an opportunity to trust and let go when divine grace shows us it is time.
Heart Contemplation
By contemplating on the heart center and using our senses as an entry point we can become more receptive to entering into the moment fully, exactly as it is, without our mind and thoughts filtering out what is really true at the core of existence.
Authentic Power
I wrote this contemplation on authentic power about 4 years ago.
Since this time world events have shown that it is even more imperative for us to turn toward this question in self inquiry “What is authentic power?”. Our world desperately needs each one of us to turn within towards our own divinity and light as it is only from here that true power can move through us and then be expressed as loving action in the world.
Grief
Grief can be challenging for us as humans to fully embrace and allow, when it arises. However, if we can have an attitude of willingness to face our grief it opens the possibility of grace to enter and show us the unconditionally loving fabric of all of life.
