Spring is a time of freshness, abundance and expansion.

We will be exploring embodied spiritual expansion and sovereignty and how that translates into living an expansive and sovereign life.

There will be silent periods, periods of connecting, meditation, somatic practices and some free time to be with nature and rejuvenate.

Meditation and Healing Retreats

There will be a number of offerings for private, small groups and larger online retreats.  An organic mix of teachings, meditation, movement, connecting with nature and somatic work.

Meditation eventually becomes how we actually move in the world, completely available to meet the moment exactly as it is.  But first it starts with sitting meditation.  However, if you have suffered from hardships and trauma in the past it may be very difficult to firstly sit in meditation with the stillness of the moment. Truly doing so can bring up too much trauma too soon. 

I bring my trauma training to these intimate retreat spaces, where you can safely work through some of the issues met in meditation that trauma and past emotional pain can cause.  Slowly, as safety in the body grows, the capacity to open more to life also grows.
