Autumn Workshop ~ April 2024

Autumn is a time for letting go.

The inquiry for this workshop will be

“What do I need to let go of to create alignment with my Soul’s destiny.”

We will be doing a variety of practices, from meditations to access your own higher wisdom, to body based discovery, uncovering contractions and blocks to living your highest spiritual destiny. We will also being doing a process with my two beautiful horses who are a mirror of truth and presence.

This 1 day workshop is non residential, meaning if you are travelling from Perth or further abroad you will need to find your own accommodation nearby.

There are many beautiful places to stay in and around Nannup.

Light refreshments and lunch will be provided.

**This workshop is open to past and present clients but you need to have had at least 3 sessions with me so you have some understanding of the depth of the somatic work.

**If you are not a past or current client but would like to attend please contact me to discuss having some one on one sessions prior to the workshop.
