In an effort to provide our valued clients with most up to date and accurate information Savita Veera is continuously implementing real time updates to the online store.  Due to the immediate nature of these updates, the correction of any errors and/ or omissions can happen at any time without prior notice.  This information may include but is not limited to pricing and availability.

Savita is not responsible for any additional charges, labour, loss, or damage incurred as a result of information, correct or incorrect, referenced or products purchased from Savita.  While we work to avoid any errors or omissions that may appear on Savita website, we do reserve the right to cancel any undelivered orders based on inaccurate information.

Sessions: Sessions are either 1 hour or 1.5 hours in length. The client enters the sessions with the full understanding that their participation in the sessions is completely voluntary.  Additionally, the client agrees that they are completely responsible for their behaviour, life changes or choices they make and for creating their own results.

Session Fees: 1 hour sessions are charged at $120AUD and 1.5 hour sessions $170AUD.  Retreats, workshops and packages are charged as per advertised pricing at the time of promotion.  Payment is required at the time of booking the session online.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy: rescheduling of appointments should be done at least 48 hours before the session, rescheduling within 48 hours of the session will incur the full session fee as that time has been allotted for you.  This does not apply for genuine and extenuating personal circumstances.  Cancellation of a session without rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeit of the full fee and payment under these circumstances is non-refundable.

Confidentiality: the practitioner/facilitator recognises that anything the client shares is regarded as confidential, whether it is business or personal information. The practitioner/ facilitator undertakes not to, at any time, either directly or indirectly use or disclose any information the client shares. Any personal information disclosed at retreats or workshops, by other clients, the practitioner and/ or support persons will be treated as confidential by the client.
